Carolyn Williams named Top 25 woman leader in consumer healthtech

We’re proud to announce Carolyn Williams, our Vice President of Customer Delivery, has been named a Top 25 Women Leaders in Consumer HealthTech for 2022. This year’s list represents the most innovative companies in the healthcare technology space. Carolyn provides steady leadership and deep knowledge in healthcare and technology, steering Cured through ever-changing market conditions with an unwavering focus on customer needs.

Navigating the exciting intersection of healthcare, customer experience, and human behavior drives Carolyn. She is passionate about building meaningful partnerships with both her customer teams and internal teams and has a broad understanding of how each key stakeholder can contribute to and benefit from deep collaboration. 

“Carolyn brings invaluable knowledge of the strategic value of consumer-oriented technology that allows the customer to achieve their goals. She also inspires and motivates her team to produce their best work and selves,” says Rohit Narayan, Cured’s Chief Customer Officer. 

Carolyn started her career at Epic, managing implementations of oncology and outpatient software.  She then moved into management consulting, where she spent the majority of her time in the healthcare industry, optimizing patient access centers and call centers with a focus on customer experience. Carolyn graduated Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame with a dual BA in Honors Sociology and Honors Psychology and a focus in Spanish studies. She was an NCAA varsity athlete in Women’s Crew and is a proud winner of the Big East Championship. When Carolyn isn’t spending time optimizing teams and tech, you can find her reading sci-fi or historical fiction, playing with her young children, exploring the outdoors, or working with her husband on his next big adventure.
